Preview requests and bookings

We use the business information and contact details you submit to answer your request, prepare your preview, arrange your call and follow up on the project. The form asks for permission and your preferred contact method. It does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing blast.

Where requests go

Requests are saved in our private lead system. Booking and lead notifications may be delivered to the owner through configured email, Discord or phone-notification services. We do not publish submitted contact information on the website. A notification failure does not remove an already saved request.

Basic website measurement

We count actions such as preview requests, portfolio opens, booking starts and phone-link clicks to understand which parts of the website are useful. The new first-party event counter does not store form values, fingerprints or cross-site identifiers. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Short-lived security rate limits help protect the forms from abuse.

Interactive examples and external sites

The labeled AI demo uses fictional example data and creates no leads. Ask Rete is a service-information guide; do not type passwords or sensitive information into it. Client sites open externally. If you choose an embedded live preview, that site may receive normal browser request information and has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

The public marketing pages do not need advertising cookies to work. The private owner editor uses an essential, HttpOnly session cookie for authentication. Your form contact information is not stored in browser localStorage. Non-sensitive campaign labels and the first landing-page path may be kept in sessionStorage for this tab, then attached to your request for source attribution.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your request, or stop contacting you. Email kai@reteservices.net or call (727) 599-1737. We retain business communications only as needed to manage the request, project and applicable obligations. Do not send payment-card details through these forms.
